ZATOH tiles are delivered protected with heat-shrinkable plastic, on pallets, and with their corners protected. This protection must be maintained until the moment of its installation.
The individual pieces must be transported in a vertical position, avoiding any kind of bending. Please see the Technical Data Sheet for Transportation, Handling and Storage


ZATOH Concrete Tiles have a one-year warranty on use. The current Hygiene and Safety regulations must always be followed.

Important: BEFORE INSTALLING the tiles, we ask users to make sure that the ZATOH material to be installed is to their liking and that it does not have obvious visible defects. If problems of this type are detected, do not initiate the installation and contact your provider immediately. Claims of this type will NOT be accepted once the material has been installed.
